Dabney Card, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this site to provide information about our student-owned membership card offering perks and benefits at participating local Charlottesville businesses. By accessing or using our Site or purchasing a Dabney Card, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

To purchase and use The Dabney Card, you must be at least 18 years old or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian. The card is intended primarily for students and Charlottesville community members, but is open to all.

2. Card Use and Limitations

The Dabney Card provides access to exclusive perks and offers from participating businesses. These offers are subject to change or withdrawal without notice and are solely the responsibility of the businesses providing them.
We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or terms of any offer. Businesses may request to see your valid digital or physical Dabney Card at time of purchase.

3. Digital Formats

Your Dabney Card is only available in digital format (via Apple Wallet or Google Wallet). Digital cards are emailed upon purchase.

4. No University Affiliation

The Dabney Card is an independent, student-owned initiative and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by the University of Virginia or any of its departments.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for unused cards or changes in business participation. If your card is defective, please contact us for a replacement.

6. Intellectual Property

All logos, content, and materials on this website, including the Dabney Card design, are the property of Dabney Card, LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of this site or its content without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the Dabney Card or this website, including changes to perks or business participation.
